Rezzed this gem out and bam full sim surround in the air and I had WATER !!!!!
the small lot of land you can walk on.. I am tickled that it has just the right amount of land to place my home and a complete 360 view It takes that small sky box feel away and the price I am blow away

I love his designs and how low land impact his stuff is and the design and looks.
