The Mars Security System (Basic) version

The Mars Security System (Basic) version is the same as the full system with the exception it is not modifiable and the notecard is preset to a region wide setting (i.e. policing all parcels owned by the same owner as the parcel the controller is rezzed).
The scan rate is 20 secs, 60 warning time and 1 hour temporary membership.
You have full access to the menus and so may add users/temp users/administrators etc as per the full version.
You may give out no mod/copy/trans version of the security ID badge. Just wear the badge yourself to set it up, set No Trans & give it out.
