I rarely leave negative reviews. but...
Sorry, but what good is this if there are no textures provided. You can texture it yourself but the doors cannot be removed, nor does the texture come out if you scale the texture. One door has the texture going horizontal, the other door is vertical. It's a shame. It's a cute, small, low prim barn but it's useless. :( Very disappointed. If only I could remove the doors and use my own barn doors. Then maybe it could be usable.

This was actually the perfect size. I went looking on the marketplace for something exactly this size. I rezzed it and started texturing. The roof is fantastic, sadly I am not able to texture the walls the way I wish to since those end up being textures as one and edit face/edit link part does not separate the walls or even that small structure on the right of the pictures. So, you texture that small structure the four lower walls and door end up being the same. It as almost exactly what I wanted in the end. Learning experience.
