The "Magnolia" is a classic, single-floor, 3 Bedroom 1 Bathroom suburban house. The exterior maintains a traditional style, with a bay window featured prominently in the center and an entrance set inside an alcove.
All windows are decorated with shutters, and a paneled sun room is located to the side of the house with a porch leading to the outside in the back.
The inside offers a contemporary open plan space with a unified living area a hallway, 3 Bedrooms and one Bathroom.
The living room features gabled cathedral ceilings and a decorative stone fireplace.

Living in this house brings me so much joy. It is the perfect ranch house. The dining room/sunroom is absolutely perfect for a family. I couldn't imagine having any other home on my land. The HUD lets you darken the floors, which I did. I also decided to tint all of the frames and baseboards to give it that modern tudor charm. Worked perfectly. It's going to take me some time to decorate this elaborately, but I'm excited for the journey. I haven't kept a house up this long! And I actually desire being home all the time because of it. There is even a BACKDOOR-- something most houses of this size and quality fail to account for. Because of this, transitioning from indoor to outdoor entertainment is seamless, and almost blends the two. I'm not a real fan of TOO big houses because I learn I'll never decorate them. But I realize that only applies when there is multiple levels. I was the in the market for a single story home, and this fell into my lap. And how can you not love those automatically opening doors? Thanks, ONSU. I really hope you release a cabin, a loft, a small commercial office building series, and more furniture.

Another perfect home.

I already have the Greige house which I absolutely adore and decided that the Magnolia would be the next perfect addition. Onsu replied to my IM in regards to the house size ASAP and filled me in with all sorts of details I hadn't even considered. The house fits perfectly too with no resizing needed after all. The level of detail in the houses is simply perfect and they're so stylish, even the skyboxes are something special too. Don't hesitate to purchase as you'll love Onsu houses!
