The Storm Privacy Dome. A brooding sky with a nice flat area for you to put your house. With one of a kind textured sky and walkable mesh terrain, you will truly feel as if the storm is upon you.
The great thing about this dome is you can use all windlights but still see the same sky. you can get some great effects.
All windlights will work inside the dome however, to get lighting and shadows to appear, the outer privacy dome has to be at least 15 transparency. The outer dome is in two pieces so that you can choose to make the top part or both parts as transparent as you want. Just Edit and choose Select Face from the edit menu and click on which surface you want to make transparent. It can also be removed completely.
The entire build is copy and modify.
You can choose to use the dome empty and make your own environment inside. The parts are linked in easy to remove sections. Always make sure you have a backup in your inventory before attempting to modify.

Purchased this for a Halloween event. I had other domes, other special effects but none quite what I was looking for. They seemed to be missing the mark on realism. This dome did not, It has that darker mood that I wanted, the clouds are very realistic and there is a feel of something dark coming, an edgy sense of anticipation when put all together with your venue/theme. The real selling point for me though...was the helpful assist on photography. There are two covers to the Storm and by making a slight change to transparency, you can get all the lighting effects that you want, the play of shadows.
Additionally, the creator was a huge help. He rezzed items for me, went into detail about how they could be used and again, I learned some helpful hints. All that he rezzed for me was impressive. Kudos for The Storm and the creator
