[ SCRIPT ] Change Hover text and Colors with menu FULL PERM

I've been looking for a script like this. Exactly what I needed. Thank you.

This was so very easy to use and edit - even for someone like me with no skills.

I would love a version of this item that could be set to public or group!

Indeed it comes in a notecard so YOU can make your own script pasting the code, showing your own self as a creator ;)
The only down side is that you can not edit the height of the hovering, other than that is adorable
