In purchasing any full-perm animation or pose from SEmotion ou Marie Sims, you are agreeing to the following conditions:

1) You will not resell the animations or static poses individually.

2) None of these animations or poses will be traded amongst fellow builders/friends with copy/transfer permissions.

3) None of these animations or poses will be sold with copy/transfer permissions.

4) You will not include the animations or poses in any full permissions format, including 'business in a box', 'reseller's kits', or freebie boxes.

5) You will only use the animations or poses within furniture created by you.

6) You will not attempt to portray the animations or poses as your own creation in any way.

7) You will not export my animations or poses out of Second Life with the intent to use them in any manner on another simulator, MMO. Not are you authorized to make 'backup copies' of my animations or poses outside of Second Life.

8) No refunds are offered on any full perm items, try all animations in SEmotion DEMO HUD before making any purchase.

Any violation of these rule will result in a DMCA submission by me to Linden Lab. This can result in these animations or poses being pulled from your inventory and all products sold with them could be deleted from the grid.
This includes permissions being set wrongly in builds. Lack of knowledge is not an excuse and will still result in action being taken.
