The Script Usage Rating Board is an inexpensive, low-prim, high-visibility display board that lists avatars in your region by their script memory usage. The board supports up to 80 avatars (the maximum allowed in a single region) although you can optionally limit the display to just the top 8.
The board features a vibrant color palette designed to quickly identify top offenders using our rating system, which has been designed and tested to permit acceptable script usage while warn those who abuse the region's resources. The board is specifically designed for region owners, but will work in any environment.
No sensors are used; this board only runs an avatar check every time the display cycles back to the first page (minimum of 7 seconds, +7 secs for every 8 avatars in the region). It's designed to have as little impact as possible by using new, faster script commands.
This board is less expensive, shows more data, and supports more avatars than any other comparable script monitor! It's also modifiable, so you can resize it if you like. (Scripts are no-mod and the board cannot be linked/unlinked.)
An MOTD (message of the day) option is also available, which displays a customizable message every 30 seconds.
The board does not warn, eject, or perform any other proactive measures. You (or someone else with land rights) must monitor the board and make your own decisions. This is not a security system.

Bored
PRetty cool board it shows how fat people are (script weight) and has a pretty cool font. I don't like the ugly pea green yellow color. Would have been better if the creator hired an actual graphic designer.

No lag, easily tells me who I need to check out, and who I don't.

So I have a BLK script counter that I personally use, but needed something to monitor my sim since lag was a huge problem. I tested a few avatar looks i have, seeing how both of them compared and I must say its pretty accurate. It's also low lag itself from what I observed and the price was really fabulous for such an object being created. I'm quite pleased with it. Thank you for providing SL residents like myself with equipment thats a daily use.
Two many Scripts on The Sim
This is a great tool to have so that the persone acn be recognized as aked to remove them.

If you're an estate manager of a sim, an admin, or just a regular person in the sim, this board is great. It really allows you to be able to tell who's causing more lag with their scripts, rather than having to shuffle through the top scripts window in the estate menu, and that's if you're even an estate manager.
