This item was made to log griefers names that come to the sim so their names could be easily found and logged so they could be added to the sim ban list.
You can use this item just to get an idea of who or how many individual people come to the sim.
It logs anyone entering sim and those already on it, it doesnt use sensor with limited range, it is sim wide.
Logs the names of the visitors that comes to the sim.
Will only log one visitor one time.
Select list visitors from the menu and it prints names to chat for copy/pasting.

Almost ideal - if only it could be limited to parcel wide
This is almost exactly what I've been looking for.
I would like to see two improvements though:
1. The ability to set it to parcel wide rather than just sim wide. Not sure if this is possible though I've seen it in those script-counter things (but maybe that is because of a very different way of gathering info, I don't know).
2. Allow the prim this is in to be mod. Its kind of big and glowing green. :) I took the script out and put it inside of one of the decorations on my land (I put it into a stack of books with glasses on top of them, seemed fitting) - and it works from there just fine. Make the prim mod (leaving the script no-mod), and people could just resize/recolor it to taste somewhere.
But this is free, and does exactly what it claims to do, in what I gather is a very low lag method (my about land only tells me its using 64kb, I don't have an estate so I can't see its script time. But seems lightweight). So I'd say its a good item for a residential sim or other place where you don't need analytics detail, just "who's been bugging about my stuff".

I like this because it's simwide and so replaces the visitor loggers with less range I had dotted about.
