I got this for my honey and you should get it for yours.

Either SL screwed up (possible) or I accidentally deleted the first delivery (more likely), I thought this was so adorable and I wanted it for my wife so much that I bought it again! I saw it in the shop but it is L$20 less on the Marketplace. Normally I shop in-world so the maker doesn't have to give Linden Lab a commission, but having bought it twice I needed to save some money. Well worth it either way.
