really beautiful boot
love these. they have great style, love the textures.
"The quality of boots is not strained ..."
Borrowing an adaptation of a line from Shakespeare may seem a bit unusual as a title for a review on the SL Marketplace, but just as "The Quality of Mercy is not strained" (meaning that it is given freely) from The Merchant of Venice, so is the quality of these boots from TETRA. Design, construction, texturing, choice of texturing and colours, all are superb.
It truly is great to see two sizes included in this package, one for a bare leg fit, and the other outsized for wear over pants. I tried the outsized fit with every pair of pants, jeans and leggings in my extensive inventory, and I am able to say that they fit over most. The exception is some regular fit jeans, so if you are thinking of wearing them with a specific pair you may have to pass on this otherwise super-realistic and sensible boot. It is good to see them designed for mid-feet (increasingly being done by quality designers these day, thankfully) rather than for the ridiculous "high feet" that is the delight of overdone fashion, and the bane of anything resembling reality.
