I reached out to this maker because I thought a pose ball was missing. She answered the same day and helped me figure it out. ( A black pose ball blends nicely with a black platform. lol ) But She went above and beyond and gave me the same discount as the inworld store was offering . Plus a wonderful little gift. And the pose and props are topnotch !! Thanks so much for a great product and excellent customer service !!
