The Tredpro Richland home is a Victorian styled 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house with multiple floors and an attic. The house features plenty of room to put things yet a small enough footprint that it can easily fit on a 1024m parcel. The house is ONLY 42 prims when rezzed (51 including the extra furniture) and has doors built in. The house comes with a number of textures for a variety of styles and all can be changed easily from the controller located near the front door.

I absolutely love this house
I have been waiting for someone to make a decent Victorian style house that is also prim savvy and this house takes the cake. I love the fact that it has the various textures to apply to the house, as well as having the ability to easily recolor and modify the house. The attic I think is the best feature of this house being so well hidden. Another great Tredpro product
It's a Lovely Home
Was looking for a house that will fit on my 2048m piece of mainland. Found this and it fits perfectly and lots of prims left over for decorations.
