Nice ladder but not modifiable, You cannot even change the colour, height or size.
It does not work for the purpose I wanted.
Awful Customer Service
I didn't realize the ladder only reaches so high. I asked him for help. He wouldn't answer my IM. I said i didn't think the ladder was working. He said, "It is, i tested it." I told him it wasn't reaching the platform. I asked for a refund, because his attitude sucked. He said no. I was interested in a few of his products, but with that kind of attitude, and the way he just ignores you when you ask him something, i wouldn't buy another thing from him. I asked if he didn't care about his customers or their feedback on reviews, and he didn't bother to respond, I decided to share my experience because of his disregard. I hope it's better for you. For me, he's nasty and arrogant. Thanks
