house: 83 for structure, 125 with plants

Foot Print size:
28x40 meters

Height*: about 8 meters

*height can vary slightly depending on terrain and how much of the foundation is left above ground.

Permissions:
prims: copy, modify, no transfer
scripts: copy, no modify, no transfer

Scripted Features:

gate: gates can be locked and unlocked to restrict access.
keyserver: easily manage access list for gates
