low prim ruined brick building

this ruin used to be a very basic brick building, perhaps a storage shack or similar. it works well as a starter prefab or basic deco build - as a post-apoc home, urban or hobo hideout, industrial backyard shed or in similar RP environments.

the walls and corrugated metal roof are sculpted. there is no floor included in the build. the walls are irregular and broken, the angles are a bit off here and there. the walls come in a grunged out red brick texture, the roof is rusty.

the building itself is approx. 20x10m, but due to the attached corrugated metal sheet, please calculate 20x13m footprint to make sure it fits. a version without this extra prim is included in case you need a smaller footprint. the entire build only has 17 prims.
