When available, it is always recommended to try the free demo before purchasing to verify fit, compatibility, and style.

2. Sales Final
All purchases are final. Refunds are not available for:
- change of mind
- personal preferences
- fit issues with your avatar.

3. Avatar Compatibility
It is the customer's responsibility to verify compatibility with their mesh body and avatar settings before purchasing.

4. Advertising Images
Promotional images may include different AI, poses, shapes, lighting, or settings. The final appearance of the product may vary depending on the avatar and graphics settings.

5. Technical Issues
If a product has a genuine issue or delivery error, please contact the store and provide your transaction history. The issue will be verified and resolved.
