If you recieve a texture that is NOT full perm please contact me either directly when I'm on line or drop me a notecard with the transaction number on it and I will replace it with a full perm version free on charge, you can also Contact my partner Tisha Easterman, sorry folks no refunds on no mod/copy Items or purchases of duplicate textures
