Regarding custom creations, I am very upfront about my abilities and skills. Sometimes I do not know if I can make an item until I try. I have not failed yet to make something I’ve set myself to make! I’m on SL to have fun, and building is fun for me. If I’m not able to assist you with what you need done, I likely can point you at someone that can.Lydi Lockhart is the main (and only at the moment) content creator at Locked Hearts and is currently busing herself with creating a wide range of items that she wants/enjoys to make. Generally Lydi can be found in the main shop or close by in her building area.
Real Life
I have a Real Life – It will always come first to me. If I don’t respond right away in world (when online) I may be away from my computer.Vacations – I do sometimes actually manage to take vacation. My IMs are sent to my email and when able I will respond to those mesgs. I general update my profile with any known/lengthy time away from Second Life.

Being a very small shop limits the number of items offered but it does increase customer service. If something isn’t right with your purchase, if you have a concern before or after your purchase, a need for a custom fit, please give me a shout in world, drop me an IM, Note Card or Catch me at the shop.- Policies
Prim Warranty Card Details
This card outlines a simple policy for prim items that are No Copy, Mod OK, Transfer OK. Simply put, if the prim gets messed while editing it, just send it to Lydi Lockhart and it will replace it with an original the same day I receive it.
The Products with the Permissions noted above can also be purchased in ‘No Trans, Copy OK, Mod OK’ at the same purchase price.
