I am a seasoned prim maximizing builder. Very detail oriented. I have assisted in building many sims, as well and doing a lot of customized builds and general fun stuff.
I keep my cost low so that you can enjoy a quality build after all, This is your game too and it’s not very fun when you buy something that is a lob of crap. Trust me I’ve been there.
I’m happy to build for you or your sim, I have a full line of textures, sculpts and pretty much everything a builder needs to get the job finished.
I might not be fast but I do produce quality builds.
I’m available for questions at anytime, shoot me an IM or a note card.
All custom work is ½ up front with no refunds, we will discuss details and lay out exactly what it is you desire and I will work with you while we create your vision. Of course I expect changes during a build however, I expect you to preview the work along the way and advise. Any major changes will be nominal upgrade fees.

I have placed note cards in a lot of my builds so please read them. Most of my builds are copy only so it is in your best interest to put the Original Design into a Do Not Delete Folder.
