This industrial building comes with some drive in bays, working doors, and enough space for you to set up something cool. You can use this for a store, shop, or whatever you like. It is a general purpose industrial factory.

The billboard texture is replaceable.

It has a footprint of roughly 36m x 25m, and it's only 94 land impact! You can come see the demo in world if you visit the store. It will be in the "Buildings and Urban" vendor.

Version 1.0.1 includes a teleporter between the upstairs and main floor. Right click the arrows and select "sit here" to teleport between floors.

Now, a version without the large, concrete loading dock on the front is included free of charge. That makes it two buildings for the price of one!
