We're not too fond of privacy screens at OPQ. They can be neccessary sometimes but they tend to look rather flat. So we thought we could do better.
Rather than a single flat sheet, an OPQ Privacy Screen 8 has eight pannels criss-crossing each other. It's only 2 m deep (and you can reduce it to even les if you want to) so it doesn't take up much space but it still gives a nice 3D effect that simply isn't possible with traditional privacy screens. It's a lott less laggy too, with fewer triangles than a prim, more efficient texture us and alpha masking.
The screen is 32 m long, exactly the size of one side of a standard 1024 m2 parsel, and 14 m tall but since it's fully modifiable, you can resize it to any size you like. (Special tip: increase the depth to a few meters and you get a fairly decent landfiller background forest as a bonus). With some basic uilding skills, you can also retexture it with other tree textures, even combine up to eight different ones on the same screen.

this privacy screen is beautiful and it truly brings my home out even more!
I detest privacy screens but..
If I had to have one, which I have now I've moved to cheapsville, where people don't know good taste from their backside and that's just their houses because you don't want me to get I'm started on the questionable landscaping, It was either buy one..or move out.
I am amazed to be honest, at the way its transformed the plot, not only giving me privacy I wanted from the monstrosities around me, but a truly 3d feel to the entire area with the beautiful realistic textures.
In fact. I am considering buying all the neighbours one of these now in order that I should not suffer the sight of the vampire castle c. 2011 or the sex palace down the road, complete with its flashing pink neon 'cum to papa' sign and the shenanigans that go on in the premesh hottub - Some things just can't be unseen. I am talking the hot tub here, not the horse sized penis, fresh out of the newbie bin that the neighbour likes to wear, with his privacy settings turned off.
I promise you, this is not only worth it, but if you use it properly you'll wonder why you too didn't live in blissful isolation from the rest of the neighbours futile attempts at decor long before now.
In other words, I love it beyond all measure.
