Not seamless unfortunately
I haven't tried them all yet but the ones i have tried are not seamless - or at best they are almost seamless in one axis. These would be really useful textures if they were seamless. They are not quite photorealistic, but have the slightly cartoon effect that works well in a lot of builds.
at least one varies in brightness/contrast from top to bottom, which would ruin the seamlessness even if it existed.
3 stars because they are cheap and probably still useful.
