This is just a really nice build with great textures.
Just what I needed
This is perfect for the grunge basement vibe I was aiming for. I love the detailed textures and of course the low land impact.
Cannot reduce the overall size
This is a nice product but if you want to place it on a low-lying island with less than 5m of land to the water level then it won't work for you. This is a pity as it is a nice product. In my case, I needed to reduce the height by only 1m or so but that's just not possible. You can make it larger but not smaller and the height dimension should have been stated along with the fact that you can only make it larger. I unlinked it (the product tells you not to) to see if I could shorten it but my build skills are not sufficient to deal with all the invisible prims that come with the product. would give 2.5 stars really for the dimension omission.
Very nice
Very nice build at a very reasonable price. Modify, that's a big plus and makes this much more use-able. Nice textures. Low LI but high quality look. The ONLY thing that would have made this better would have been a storm cellar like door on it as an option, but you can make those yourself.
Beautiful detail!
I absolutely love this space. First favorite thing is that you can enter it from above by walking down the stairs, and how both sides of the stairs are sheltered by walls. The space itself is nicely detailed, with exposed supports along one wall and beams in the ceiling. The beam in the middle of the room adds to the ambiance of the space, even though sometimes it is a little difficult to cam. That's a minor inconvenience. I'd love to see the creator offer a larger version maybe twice the size. I'm having to use two of these (copyable!) to accommodate all of my mad science laboratory gear! Muhahahaha! I'd be first in line to buy one.
