Chin Rey's Langdale Cottages 0808 and 1608 are among the most cost effective houses in Second Life. The Langdale Longhouses and Cornerhouses make the even more cost efficient.
A Langdale Corner is an angled rowhouse with several 8x8 m cottages, each identical in size and style to a Langdale 0808. Some of the versions also include a larger two room unit, identical to the Langdale 1608 and since all Chin Rey houses are fully modifiable, it's easy to convert two small units in the row into one double sized. (Affordable conversion kits are available on request.)
A Langdale Cornerhouse is perfect for budget rentals or as guest houses or servant houses for a large country estate. The ultralow land impact also make them ideal as "sim fillers" - decorations adding life and realism to a sim.
With the right textures they are also perfect as military barracks in a ww i or ww ii rp sim and if you remove the front walls and retexture the interior, they'll even make wonderful stables for your breedable horses.
The Langdale Longhouse is available in many different sizes and versions. The 0808+3208/2+2 02B features:

Modifying the item
Chin Rey's Langdale Cornerhouse 1608+2408 01 is fully modifiable. That means you can resize it to any size you like (either manually or with the enclosed MBAGR resizer script) and change the textures to anything you like.
(To avoid any misunderstanding: Chin Rey's Langdale Cornerhouse 1608+2408 01 will be listed as not modifiable in you inventory. That is because it contains no-mod scripts. Once rezzed, the item itself can be modified any way you like.)

That means you have permission to use in Second Life as many modified and unmodified copies as you like for your own personal use and as parts of public and rental builds owned by you or a group where you are one of the owners. You also have permission to keep as many copies as you like in your inventory. You do *not* have permission to distribute it in any way (This includes rezzing copies of the item on other people's land for other people's use!) or use it in any way outside Second Life.
