The built-in unique rez system makes it easy and hassle free to connect new additions to your mall layout! You are able to layout your mall horizontally and vertically!
The store room is 50x50 meters with a land impact of 56. The staircase room is 11x13 meters with a land impact of 13. The double doors are 4 land impact and the roll door is 2 land impact.
In the FULL VERSION objects are MOD enabled, but not the scripts inside. In the DEMO everything is NO MOD!

To start off, please rez the object called '11th House - Modular Mall Skybox'. Make sure you rez in permitted parcels without going into ones that don't allow objects to enter or auto-return! Then rez out the object called '11th House - Modular Mall Skybox - Server' and place it in a spot hidden away from visitors. It can be outside the skybox if needed, really is up to you. Only one server box per avatar is allowed to be rezzed within the same region/sim. If done, the new one will simply delete itself and warn you.
The Modular Mall Skybox has a built-in rez system where you simply press a button located on certain walls and an Add-on Menu will pop-up that will allow you to rez and de-rez add-ons like rooms and doors that connect to that same wall. That means you don't have to waste time trying to fit together the pieces to accomplish the layout you want. The swing doors allow the owner to lock and unlock them by double-clicking on them. The owner can touch the roll doors to open up and close down, which are perfect for closing off or hiding areas from visitors.
This product comes with two add-ons, the stores room and staircase, so you can add floors/levels to the mall.
When new add-ons are released from 11th House, you will be able to buy them separately and drop them into the contents of your server box, which will be readily available from your add-on menu if the connecting wall supports it!

Truly worth every L$
I have looked at & tried out so many stores that it was becoming tedious. Everything was so much work to modify to make more space & then I happened upon this one & tried the demo & was instantly hooked. It's so simple to add more rooms on the same floor & upwards as well. I hope there will be more modular designs coming out, perhaps with a larger more open floor design for a furniture store, but until then, this beauty will be my stores new home. Can't wait to get it fully set up. Thank you for such a lovely, easy to use system.

i was looking around for a store to buy checked out so many but they were either so heavy in prims and the ones that weren't well you know but when i grabed the demo to this one and played with it i was hooked you can build sideways or up with just a click i cant belive how easy it was to create a whole mall and the look is so clean and modern so happy with this product great job on this wish there was more stars to give
Excellent little mall
I was out shopping and teleported into this shop, i was impressed right away.
I have a huge mall myself and as soon as i saw this i wanted to get it for a center concourse leading into my shops .
I bought it , it rezzes complete and you can even put another end to end or on top, it is very versatile ,shops are modular so you can position each one as you please it has its own server which you can choose different options
The quality of workmanship is perfect as far as i am concerned , very small land impact 59,
In my opinion it is a beautiful little mall and well worth the price ,i have no reservations in recommending this lovely little mall , i say little but standing inside it looks anything but
On a scale of 0 to 100, i would definitely give it a 100
Good overall design and concept
I spent about 20 minutes messing with the demo just to get an idea of how I would lay this out. I really like the department store/mall type layout. The add-on flexibility is great and fairly unique in SL. As with the demo, the outside of the full version build is transparent. I don’t know if it would be possible to add outside walls and roof to the server add-on options but regardless, once I finish the layout, I will put up a few prims just to give the outside a finished look. It’s prim vs. size ratio is good too. I will have more space using less prims and that always makes me smile. Overall, I’m very happy with it and will check back now and then to see if any additional add-ons become available.
