This is a 128 x128 m platform with landscaping.
all together, it counts 258 prims (+ 1 prim rez box)
I made this 1/4 SIM as a "rental-platform". It has a Landings Space and from there walkways to the 4 homes.
All homes are surrounded by walls and have a nice landscaped garden.
Of course you can delete the houses and gardens and make your own landscaping/house building. Its all up to you ;)
The Mesh houses are 20 prims each, are very simple, but i know at people often like to use their own builds, so i didnt made to much out of the houses and can keep the price low ;)
I did incl. house numbers in this package (read the attached note)
You can of course put more 1/4 together if you need it sim wide.
