The fireplace and the picture frame are linked and 1LI in total as it is (Enlarging it will increase LI). You can adjust their positions by "edit-linked" or "unlinking" them (Don't forget to link them back. Otherwise it'll become 2LI in your prim counter).
The picture inside is replaceable.

Just stunning!! In midnight mode the fire gives a nice light to the room like an actual fire. You can edit linked and increase the size of the picture or fireplace without raising prims. The painting is beautiful. One linden?.....i'm in furniture heaven :)
