FULL PERM -- You are licensed to resell this build, but you MUST remove "transfer" from permissions and actually DO something with the building, okay??? At least color it or texture it or something. Don't just turn it over, and you may NOT resell it "full perm" of course.

This is a 1929 Sears Catalog Home. You sent away for the whole package, and the lumber, hardware, electrical, everything including hammer and nails, was dumped by a truck onto your lot, along with a sealed envelope containing the instructions and blueprints. All the parts were numbered, so it was easy for a homeowner to assemble it in one or two days, even working alone.

The cost of this house was originally around $400, but that was a lot of money then!

THIS BUILD QUALIFIES FOR THE BUILDER'S COURSE AREA! You must learn to fit it onto your 25x25 meter workspace without destroying the entire sim in the process. Just kidding, we're used to total whammies with newbie builders, no prob.

That having been said, you do need to learn to clean up after yourself when you make mistakes. Just leaving something that you "lost" flying about and whizzing around the ashram is not considered good building practice, although it seems the norm on Planet Earth. Don't get me started on aesthetic issues.

Be sure to place the rezz box just slightly above the ground or platform. Although this is made specifically for my building students (it has specific problems built into it to produce skill level improvements) anyone is welcome to use it as specified above.

I hope you enjoy this build. You can find an example of it in several of the Culver City Laurel & Hardy 2-Reeler silent films -- they just went outside the studio and shot the film.
