fit great on a land in size 1024 - best set if your on a near street for the garage, or have a street or road access, I had problems for my car driving up into the garage on a raised ground -lol- but no it was a great buy and fit well for my needs.

We were building a urban role play scene, and this worked perfectly, I also bought the boiler room to add to another below street level. Both great builds and we're very happy with our purchase. Kudo's and thank you for providing it at such a bargain.

I started RP in a rural urban community and was looking and looking and looking for a building like this to use as a house on the land I purchased. I saw it for $1 and thought how good can it be but why not try it at that price. Omfg it is perfect. It is HQ and the detail is amazing. Only thing I would have added was a locking door. No complaint though. I love it.
