This thing is 75 LI.
"One Prim" is technically correct, but this thing has the land impact of a MANSION.
The same mesh model can be found elsewhere on the marketplace for a land impact of 6LI. At least one vendor is selling it full-perm.
Most of us have more Linden Dollars than Land Allowance, so don't skimp.
