It's almost great but there's an alpha texture problem.
It depends on what you plan to use this for. The screened panels don't look like the photo. On one side, two of them have a diagonal line through them that separates a dark half and a light half while the other three look like the photo you see here. On the other side you'll see no screen at all except in the two that have the diagonal line and you'll only see the lower half of the screen in those. The good news is that it's mod and the screen portion is its own face so if you're just in need of a rail and don't care about the screen you can make those screen panels transparent. Adding your own texture won't fare any better because the issue is the way the mesh is made. Other textures will do the same thing as the ones it comes with (I tried). The rail portion is pretty nice with a great 3-bolt foot detail at the bottom. For 1L you might be able to find a home for this.
