Nice view from the windows, nice light pools. Good textures. Rezz a grungy sofa and settle in. Works well with the pipe kit.

Great look, simple builiding style, versatile, and for free (almost). I've paid a lot of money on prefabs that were much worse. Thanks for sharing!

Not too big or too small it's a very nice skybox that is easy to add walls to if wanted, The window view is a particularly nice touch.

The bad points? The grunged look isn't for everyone so some may have to cover certain parts with art prims or such.

All in all It's ONE LINDEN, so unless you're totally broke I suggest checking it out.
