If you scale it up, the Land Impact will only increase slightly. It's a good buildings for beginners or someone who needs a nice place up in the sky :)

So! As I said, 4 years on from buying this and i STILL use it. 1 Prim + 99L?
Yes, it really is that cheap and yes, it really is mesh and really is 1 prim. So rare for all of those boxes to be ticked, but Sage did it :)
(Ps. I notice you have a few more out now, including a mall! Excellent :D )
