Modifying the item
The house is fully modifiable. That means you can resize it to any size you like (either manually or with the enclosed MBAGR resizer script) and change the textures to anything you like.
(To avoid any misunderstanding: It will be listed as not modifiable in you inventory. That is because it contains a no-modify script. Once rezzed, the item itself can be modified any way you like.)

About the Keswick Series
Yes, I know, there are too many variants in this series. But the basic good old fashioned little home is just so versatile, I keep modifying it to fit new surroundings. There is a system in the madness though, are you ready for it?

The Keswick Cottage 1610 is currently available with three different window configurations:
1610 01: two windows on the front wall
1610 02: two windows on the front wall, one on one of the side walls
1610 03: two windows on the front wall, one on a side wall and one on a back wall
