Great details level, sounds and functions, but there are a couple of shortcomings that I hope the author will fix in the near future. The first shortcoming is the drone, it is implemented well overall, but sometimes for some reason script problems pop up, for example, when attacking it can be thrown back and you will have to respawn it. And the second shortcoming is that for some reason some small parts like buttons and nameplates in the cabin fly around, out of place. Because of the impossibility of editing, it is impossible to put them in place. Otherwise, this machine remains the best replica of the spinner in SL <3

I agree with everything that Alexandra said below. But one downside that I have and it's a pretty big one. There needs to be a size adjustment for the vehicle or maybe a few copies of the vehicle added to the folder, S/M/L. The only way I fit in the vehicle is if I edit the appearance height down to 0. Or else no matter how I position in the seat, my head is poking through the roof or my ass and feet are poking through the bottom. Other than that, a pretty damn near-perfect vehicle with all the bells and whistles, and still worth the price.

So let me begin with review by saying yeah it's a little pricey. Typically you get exactly what you pay for, and in this instance you get mint LAPD Spinner. Straight out of Blade Runner. Beautiful audio to accompany it, engaging quotes, elegant LOD on the mesh, togglable lights and wipers, sirens, strobing police lights... You will always come back around to this argument about the price, but L$2,999 as of righting this review is 13.68USD, and most of the popular sci-fi vehicles go for about this same price.

So. What makes this different? Level of detail, a creator's love, and actual thought put into each and every bit of this particular vehicle. Other reviews quote the smoothness of the flight controls and the car mode so I won't waste too many characters on it, but for real they are just so silky from tilts to strafes, and you can even fine-tune the controls with the menu. From the inside to the outside you're going to feel like it's K's spinner you're in. The memories audio can play, you can adjust the monitors, your control yokes come to you in hover mode, you have a dynamic rain rezzer to go with your operational windshield wipers, you can adjust your sitting position in case your avatar is a little on the small side, and best of all it just looks so damn beautiful with your graphics maxed, rain on your sim, and running a dark and foggy environment! The RC Mode is great for RP too, especially if your friends are laggy buggers that are scared to get into cars.

And the cherry on top of all of this is just how prompt the seller is with getting back to you about questions. Literally logged on at 3am to answer my questions about the spinner and resolved the issue in under ten minutes from their phone. That level of customer service I would have paid the L$2,999 alone for.

So! Is this worth it? Yes! After flying and driving this work of art and getting to meet the creator, I'd say I'm damn surprised it's not priced higher. Worth every last penny I paid.

I’ve had this vehicle for around six months now.
If I review, I do it after spending time with the item. This has to be one of the most beautiful items I own in SL, as well easy to operate. I’ll always keep it rezzed, I love it that much.

I also paid for an extra function to be added to the settings menu, the artisan, Ichtyo Broome, is easy to speak with & happy to help.
I will always recommend his products.

i am a HUGE Blade Runner fan and when i found this i was like WOW the features it has are incredible, it flies so smooth and drives on land like a dream, the Creator has done wonders with this i have tried out several different variations of the iconic Blade Runner Spinner but this is BY FAR the best, my absolute favourite feature is the RC mode i have had people stand in awe as i fly it by Remote Control well worth the Lindens 5 stars BUY IT YOU WONT REGRET IT :)

This is such a thoughtfully made and well-created vehicle. It has GOOD flight controls and good (especially for SL!) driving controls for ground use and is a pleasure to travel around in. On top of that, the other scripting, mesh and textures are really high quality with some thoughtful Roleplay elements built in that make it a pleasure to use. Also, the creator is extremely friendly and helpful! I really recommend this vehicle.
