seems some people can not read the permissions which are clearly stated and then try to give a bad review since they can not resell as they would like.
Unusable - no transfer
Bought these in good faith expecting to be able to use them to create a zen garden. when unpacked
the textures are no transfer and therefore cannot be used. despite the add say advising COPY/MODIFY. The old adage prevails "buyer beware". Completely scammed.
Forced to give them a rating to be able to post this warning .

Nice textures but too bad they are non transfer, I won't recommend this to a builder!!
Attention textures are for commercial builders
textures cannot be used for constructions that can be sold by that Creator sells: no transfer attention not BUY builders professionals
