All of my slum buildings are texture based intended to be as low prim as possible. No Frills add what you like and mod the interior.

Excellent urban building for the price.
This Bar looks great on my urban sim. It may be just textures, but the textures look great, it really adds to the inner city feel.. I f want a gritty urban feel and dont have many prims to spare, get this:)
