35LI Mesh Not So Tall House 2 Floors Working Windows and Lights White version so you can color yourself

Is my Tall House TOO Tall???? Well then here is my Not So Tall House!

Skorrey's 100% 35 LI Mesh "Not So Tall House", created with fantastic detail just enough but keeping the LI to ONLY 36.

OPEN the Windows!! Each double pane window opens, just like the door. Long Click the menu for your options. Air out the Tall House!!!

I rent 512 land parcels many times, (yes I like to build) and needed a house to fit, though give me room inside. I created the Not So Tall House. A quality Mesh house, with working windows! Dual thermo-pane windows, just crank them open!! Edit the Transparency of each side!

What a VIEW! Sometimes the view is blocked, but up a bit higher in the Not So Tall House may be better!

Yes, Lights! Two separate switches, one for inside lights, one for outside. I am not telling you where, you will find them!! Do not need lights? You can unlink and delete them, no shadows behind them.

Inside narrow steps to get to the second floor, move to the side a bit as I tight fit where the wall moves over!
Need this house BIGGER or maybe SMALLER! Edit, grab the corners and stretch or shrink, FULL modify and copy as with ALL my items. Just change the door settings, long click the door for menu.

You get in the BOX 2 separate Color Textured Tall Houses! All White, Yes, you can change the colors. Also the Gray (or Grey) one that you see in the store and ads.

NO HUD, just Edit and change the colors of my textures, you know how!
Walls inside and out, wood trim outside, the light concrete foundation, all can have their colors edited!

On a slight hill. You can always buy my Mesh Land Levelers, BUT, the Not So Tall House is Modify! Just edit the foundation, stretch it. Then stretch the railings to match and there you go, you know how!

Not So Tall House:

• 8.5m wide x 9.5m deep and 11.7 meters tall
• 35 LI all linked with the hinged door, Lights, so easy to move
• LIGHTS! One switch for outside and one for inside. Can you find the switches!!
• Faces native white, just edit all texture colors as you like.
• Separate faces native white: each inside wall, each outside wall, outside wood trim, door, ceiling. Floor is not native white.
• Dual Thermopane windows! You will see the two glass pieces and the black inner gasket (ok it is what I am calling it!!) You can edit the Transparency of outside glass separately to the inside. I set it up as 60% from outside and 50 %from inside. You can do whatever you want, and also change the color of course, yes, I know you already know how!!!
• OPENING WINDOWS! Yep they open , just click them
• Yes, you can stretch or shrink this house, all
ONE link set. Certainly the door hinge points will mess up, but you can long press the door and reconfigure. Yes, you already know!!
• Adjustable settings for door. Just long click, bring up menus and you can change the access, swing angle, time to reclose and things like that…same as the windows
• 100% of every item is created mesh by Skorrey!
