This Surge 3D Mesh Rug is full permissions for builders.
The intended purpose of full permission is so that you can use Surge components in your own builds, and sold by you as a component of your build. You may not re-texture, and sell these rugs as rugs. The permissions of Surge 3D Rugs must be changed before selling with your product, you may not include them with full permissions.
