Effective, free!
The face tattoo is very nice. Creepy. Looks a bit zalgo-esque, as if the markings were coincidental from black liquid leaking from the eyes.
The smoke prims would be nice, but.. Light is set on them that illuminates everything around you, which really decreases the creepy factor of being in shadows and whatnot.
