Great & perfect!
I had a similar great experience of the prior reviewer. I loved the textures and it was good to find a warehouse with a loading dock. The doors are fun and the sound is fitting. Customer service was great in sending over a stairs on the other side version too. I tinted the textures to fit my build at it worked perfect!

Upon buying this building, the creator Billy messaged me to thank me for the purchase. There was an issue with the delivery but they were able to resend it. Then, after getting it, I came to the realize that the layout would not fit comfortably in the area I wanted it without redoing the whole area.
But they were there to send a custom version with the stairs flipped, which made things 100x better. Overall best experience I've had on SL in a long time. Oh! and the web interface texture change from the typical SL menu. 10/5 stars.
