Here's a very useful for sale sign for real estate agents who require features that help them keep track of all Homestead SIMs that are for sale.
Features:
- Send IM when Clicked along with who clicked it
- Gives a notecard with additional information you add
- Sends you an IM when the Land is Sold
- Sends Email when Sold (SL Feature)
- Deletes itself when the land is sold
