These 30 minute candles will burn down over time and extinguish in a pool of wax when spent. Simply touch them to light, touch again at any time to extinguish or to relight.
When they are spent a touch will renew the candle and you can light them again.
To reposition - TAKE them and replace them out of inventory. They will sit on and burn down to the surface you place them on.
