Disapointed in Customer services, I purchased this outfit for an event , 3 days ago, it did not deliver, maybe SL had some issues that day. I sent a NC to creator an hour later after purchase, also sent to her partner, plus instant messages. I have not had a reply sadly.
I know it is a difficult time of year for everyone plus with Covid, but as a seller in world and MP I feel messages & NC's should be checked daily to prevent issues & problems like this.
If this gets sorted I will remove the review.
