As for service, if one looks at the creator's profile in world, it is obvious he is not active any more, so I wouldn't expect any service - not that i EVER needed any, buying his creations.
By far, my favourite - pity he si not making more ....
Very poor quality
Terrible design and very bad customer service. Abused and would not help.
