It is full perm
It says on it its not full perm because it is rezzed with a blue box attacked to it just unlink everything and you can take the chains and use it how you like "Full Perm" it is the blue box that is not full perm.

SCAM! Not full Perm
I know its only L$10 and the reason I'm posting this bad review is to let everyone know that its not right to false advertise your products no mater what it is or the price, this item is posted as full perm and its NOT, I have contacted the maker with no response and that is the reason for this review.
