My Honest Option !!
I am going to be upfront and honest with my rating on this Skate Rink , from the inside of the decorations and textures they truly are one of the best I have seen in a long time in a build. Tons of space to inside lighting is wonderful. The Building is 64x64 and fits a 4096 perfectly. Customer Support notified me right away after receiving my message asking for help. Creator Fay came to my land and fixed any concerns i was having . I highly recommend to anyone looking for a high Quality Build to check her inventory and her new store as well.. you wont be disappointed in any way.. She deserves 10 stars.. I love this so much. And the creator was very helpful making sure I could do what I wanted to with the build.
Note 1... it's huge! And while it fits on a 64x64 parcel, it can be a challenge to get it to rez if that's all the space you have. I took it to a sandbox, rezzed it, then brought the rezzed building to my lot.
Note 2... there are updates to the roller skate givers, and a few pieces may be no-mod until Fay can update the sales package. But she knows which ones they are now and she was so helpful getting me the full mod pieces.
