Since I am re-selling gacha items I do not create, I cannot help you fix an item that is broken. You should contact the creator with problems with the actual item. With that said, if it is a packing or delivery issue, PLEASE contact me and I will do what I can. I use the Viewer-Managed Marketplace to list items, so they are sold straight from my inventory! I double check ALL packages to make sure there are NO empty ones!
