This is a "Spy Avatar Catcher".
It Is COPY only
Once rezzed onto your land it will display a list in whisper mode of all the avatars up to 90 meters away from you whether they are on your land or not.
User Instructions :
Add the purchase (open it)
Then rez the eye onto any part of your land
Set the height you need manually by editing the height of the object
Click on the eye once for activating it (wait until it says activated)
Click again and turns it on.
